what to expect
STEP 01
inquiry
Fill out my inquiry form here to get started! Once I have received it, I'll reach out within 48 hours regarding the details of the session you'd like to book.
STEP 02
collections
Included in the information I send your way are my collections (or packages). These include pricing and all of the details that are included within each collection. This is when we also discuss locations (some require permits that may cost extra) and dates.
STEP 03
booking
Once you have chosen your collection and we've selected a date, all you have to do is pay the 50% retainer and sign the contract! These are both required to secure your session time. When both are completed, you're booked! If you need any styling guidance, I'll be sending it your way!
STEP 04
session time
This is where the fun begins! Once we meet at the location, we get to create some magic together. Nervous about posing? Don't stress! I'll be directing you with prompts that will keep you relaxed in front of the camera and allow me to capture you, authentically.
STEP 05
delivery
Within the given turnaround time, you'll receive your pictures back in an online gallery! If the gallery is delayed for some reason, I will be frequently updating as needed! My hope is when you view your gallery, it'll take you back to the memories we created together and will be something you cherish for many years to come :)

Do you offer wedding coverage?
I mainly prioritize intimate weddings (courthouse or 75 guests or less)/elopements for those who want their special day captured, but on a smaller scale. If you're looking for coverage of larger weddings, I am happy to refer you to friends who are in the wedding industry!
Can I bring my dog/pets?
Of course! Please be sure to let me know beforehand so I can make arrangements as needed (I'm allergic to most furry friends lol) and please make sure to bring lots of treats and a leash!
Do you travel?
Yes! Travel fees are dependent on where you want me to go, and include the necessary expenses for travel- hotel, rental car, gas, airfare, etc. I will do my best to ensure they are as low as possible! Depending on how far I go determines the pricing, so please don't hesitate to inquire if you're interested in bringing me to you!
What should I wear?
If you're stuck on what to wear for your session, I've got you! Based on the location(s), I'll recommend colors and outfits that will keep you looking your best while not clashing with your surroundings.
What if I don't know where I want photos?
No worries! I'll send you a location guide filled with my top spots to give you an idea of where you could go. If you're still not sure, I am more than happy to pick your brain with questions about what you want until we are able to figure it out together!
What are your office hours for?
These are the hours when you can expect to hear a response from me regarding inquiries! Leading up to your session you are more likely to get a response outside of those hours if you have a question, but this is how I separate my personal life from my work life!
What if it's raining/cloudy?
If the weather isn't too severe and you're up for it, I'd love to work with you in those conditions! Cloudy days and rain can add so much character to a session but if you prefer a sunny day, no worries! We can reschedule within 60 days of your original session date with no extra cost to you!
What's with the night sky theme?
I LOVE the night sky! When redesigning the website, I wanted to create collection names that reflect that, and my hope is they'll be memorable while still invoking emotion in those who read them.
What days are sessions?
Sessions take place on weekdays primarily! I try to keep weekends free for relaxing and spending time with loved ones, but I understand life happens. If I am shooting on a weekend, it would either be for working a wedding or a rescheduled shoot.
I'm not good at posing, what should I do?
Have no fear! That's what I'm here for- to guide you when you're in front of the camera. I try to focus on directing instead of posing, to fully capture your authentic self in a candid, intimate way that captures all of the emotion of the moment.
